How The EA Circle® Works

Each EA Circle is hand selected and kept small so that all members can address the issues that really matter to them. Being a member of The EA Circle offers you an exclusive environment that allows you to talk honestly with people you can really trust. There are no competitors, no conflicts of interest, no secret agendas.

• Each EA Circle meets six times a year for a half day.
• All groups are facilitated by an independent chairman carefully selected to lead, inspire and guide.
• Members of the group are selected from a diverse range of companies of similar size and standing.
• A broad agenda is set for each meeting but shaped by the Chairman and members of the group.
• Expert speakers are also sourced to present to members on topics identified as priorities.
• Time is reserved at each meeting for feedback to ensure constant improvements and the provision of value.
