As a new Mum, The EA Circle has provided me with a way to remain in touch with the "corporate world" whilst on maternity leave. Each meeting brings new discussions in a confidential forum where we can touch on those areas that we normally cannot discuss in our everyday work environment due to the seniority of other colleagues in the organisation.
