The EA Circle has been developed by and for Executive and Personal Assistants to be a forum to share insights and ideas with professional peers with a view toward collaborative problem solving and enhancing the lives of members. It is a friendly hand in times of strife, a sounding board for new ideas and a place to stay up to date on the latest issues that affect your profession and industry.
Each EA Circle is a small group of carefully selected members, who meet to discuss the issues and challenges they face in a safe and non-competitive environment, free of conflicts or hidden agendas.
Each Circle meets for a half-day six times a year, with members selected from a diverse range of companies from similar sizes and standings. The meetings are guided by a chairperson selected for their particular experience and ability to motivate, inspire and lead, who sets the agenda and sources expert speakers based on identified priorities established by the groups themselves.
